📢 Important Update on Utility Payments

We want to let everyone know that the gWorks FrontDesk payment system is no longer in use. We’ve reverted back to our original payment platform: ubMax UB-Pay.

✅ Good news – you do not need to create a new account. All existing accounts have been reactivated.
❌ However, if you set up autopay in the gWorks system, it will not carry over. Please log in to UB-Pay to manage your payments going forward.

Unfortunately, the recent system “upgrade” introduced too many bugs and issues, so we made the decision to go back to a more stable and reliable system. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

💡 This month’s bills will be available by the end of the week.

We’re actively searching for a new software solution that’s fully tested and ready to meet your needs — no more beta testing on our residents.
