  Wyandotte and Missouri, including the following areas, Adair,
  Andrew, Bates, Buchanan, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay,
  Clinton, Cooper, Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison,
  Henry, Holt, Howard, Jackson, Johnson MO, Lafayette, Linn MO,
  Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Nodaway, Pettis, Platte, Putnam,
