The Hoboken Police Department has cleared the scene at Seventh and Washington Streets. Washington Street has fully reopened to all traffic. All lockdowns and shelter-in-place orders have been lifted. Officers will remain in the area until all children have been released from nearby schools.
An investigation into a non-credible threat will continue. There is no danger to the community.
