The two suspects are captured on video entering the Target Store at 10:07 AM, with the female suspect carrying an empty reusable bag. The female suspect selects and conceals over $250 of merchandise into the same reusable bag, while the male suspect acts as a lookout. The suspects pass all points of sales at 10:16 AM, and are stopped at the exit by Target Store’s Loss Prevention. The female suspect ignores Loss Prevention and continues to exit the store with the stolen merchandise with the male suspect in tow. The suspects were observed fleeing the area in an unknown white SUV.
