The National Weather Service in St. Louis issued a Flood Advisory for the City of St. Louis until 5:30 PM today (6/4/2025).
What: Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

At 3:53 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
