FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Wednesday, June 4, 2025 Sun Prairie West High School Staff Misconduct Allegations Under Investigation Sun Prairie, WI— The Sun Prairie Police Department is actively investigating alleged criminal activity involving inappropriate relationships with staff. Upon learning of these allegations, an investigation was promptly launched, and the school administration was notified. The staff members allegedly involved were placed on administrative leave by the school administration pending this investigation, and the Sun Prairie School District is cooperating fully with the investigation. Due to the active and sensitive nature of this case, we are limited in the information that can be released publicly. No arrests have been made at this time. “Due to the severity of these allegations, the department has been working around the clock to ensure the safety of every child and staff member. We are committed to providing an impartial and thorough investigation and will report more information as the investigation progresses. We appreciate the cooperation we are receiving from the school district and those involved,” said Chief Kevin Warych.
