Traffic Alert – River Road Construction in New Milford 

What’s happening:

• Bergen County will be replacing storm drains and pipes on River Road in New Milford near River Edge Road.

• Work begins today and will occur daily from approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Impact:

• Traffic delays expected, especially on River Edge Road entering New Milford.

• This work is expected to last for about two/three weeks.

What you should do:

• Plan an alternate route if possible.

• Allow extra travel time if you must use the affected roads.
