* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, in South Central Kansas, Cowley, Harper and Sumner. In Southeast Kansas, Chautauqua and Montgomery.
* WHEN...From 9 PM CDT this evening through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight, most numerous over southern Kansas. Additional heavy rainfall may aggravate ongoing flooding concerns.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HARPER ... SUMNER ... COWLEY ... CHAUTAUQUA ... MONTGOMERY
