* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, in South Central Kansas, Cowley, Harper and Sumner. In Southeast Kansas, Chautauqua, Labette and Montgomery.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Area creeks and streams are running high and could rise further with more heavy rain. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another complex of thunderstorms is expected across southern Kansas tonight. Given very wet antecedent conditions, additional heavy rainfall may aggravate ongoing flooding concerns.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HARPER ... SUMNER ... COWLEY ... CHAUTAUQUA ... MONTGOMERY ... LABETTE

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
