In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Coal, Hughes and Johnston. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Murray and Stephens. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo. In western Oklahoma, Beckham and Washita.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
