Flooded roadways and other dangerous conditions. 
Recent rainfall has resulted in multiple flooded roadways, trees down, wires down, landslides and washed out gravel. Barricades or other warnings have been placed before many obstacles but not all have been marked.
hazards exist throughout town with heavy flooding centralized along old William penn from Cozy inn to export tire. Evacuations are presently occurring in this area.
If you don't have to drive right now don't. First responders and emergency crews are out but need some time and time for the flooding to recede.
