* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In north central Illinois, De Kalb, La Salle, Lee and Ogle. In northeast Illinois, Grundy, Kane and Kendall.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated localized areas of heavy rain due to downpours. Highest rainfall amounts estimated by radar have been between 1.0 and 2.5 inches through 8 PM CDT. - Additional localized rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Aurora, DeKalb, Oswego, Ottawa, Yorkville, Dixon, Streator, Morris, Channahon, Minooka, Plano, Peru, La Salle, Rochelle, Sandwich, Mendota, Coal City, Marseilles, Dwight and Oregon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
