Flood Advisory until 03:45AM Sunday

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of North Mississippi, including the following counties, Lafayette, Panola, Quitman, Tallahatchie and Yalobusha.

* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1242 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oxford, Batesville, Water Valley, George Payne State Park, John W Kyle State Park, Holly Springs National Forest, Marks, Sardis, Como, Crenshaw, Crowder, Sledge, Pope, Enid, Burgess, Pleasant Grove, Curtis Station, Springdale, Velma and Darling. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
