1. Weapons Arrest (1505) West Lane and Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a brandishing report and located the suspect vehicle. Officers conducted an
enforcement stop, contacted the driver, and found him in possession of a concealed loaded handgun.
ARRESTED: Kevin Madrigal, 22, for weapons charges.
2. Public Intoxication/Resisting Arrest (0219) 2400 Block of Presidente Street, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a call of an intoxicated male sleeping in the back seat of the reporting party's vehicle near the call location. Upon arrival, officers contacted the suspect, who refused to exit the vehicle. Officers removed the suspect from the vehicle and took him into custody. ARRESTED: Luis Hernandez, 38, for resisting arrest and public intoxication charges.
