* Locations impacted include... Pooler, Bluffton, Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, Coffee Bluff, Windsor Forest, Hunter Army Airfield, Midtown Savannah, I-16/I-95 Interchange and Downtown Savannah. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 154 and 168. I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 68 and 106. I-516 between mile markers 3 and 9.
