* Locations impacted include... Elkhart, Goshen, Dunlap, Middlebury, Bristol, Millersburg, Shipshewana, Honeyville, Southwest, and Waterford Mills. This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 102 and 104, and between mile markers 111 and 113.
