1. Resisting Arrest (0951) California Street and Mendocino Street, Civic District

Officers responded to the area on a report of a female armed with a handgun. When they arrived, they found the suspect with a black firearm in her rear waistband. Officers commanded her to surrender and not to reach for the firearm. The suspect ignored the officers' commands and reached for the firearm. A less-lethal shotgun was deployed and the suspect surrendered. The firearm was found to be a replica firearm. ARRESTED: Robin Demsey, 62, for resisting arrest.
