East Chicago, IN – June 5, 2025 – Mayor Anthony Copeland and the East Chicago Department of Planning and Economic Development proudly invite the public to celebrate the grand opening of GOAT CÀ PHÊ, a new family-owned café located at 3727 Main Street, East Chicago, IN , East Chicago, IN. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on June 9th, 2025 at 10am.
Founded with heart and a deep love for community, GOAT CÀ PHÊ is more than just a café—it’s a welcoming neighborhood hub where connections are made and memories are shared. The café offers a thoughtfully curated menu including handcrafted lattes, refreshing boba teas, fruit smoothies, and comforting bowls of traditional pho, all served with care and intention.
