* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet this evening.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COLLIN, TX
