* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Nolan and Taylor.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, city streets, and low water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 350 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a line of thunderstorms moving east across the Big Country. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - As these storms move through, a quick 1 to 2 inches of rain is possible in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Stamford, Anson, Hamlin, Roscoe, Blackwell, Nolan, Merkel, Rotan, Roby, Trent, Longworth, Sylvester, Mccaulley, Noodle, Neinda, Hobbs, Wastella, Maryneal and Champion. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 229 and 269. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... US 180 crossing 7 miles west of Roby, SH 70 crossing The Draw Southeast of Rotan, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Sweetwater Creek, FM 611 crossing 7 miles west of Rotan, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Plum Creek, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Bitter Creek, FM 611 crossing 1 mile west of Rotan, IH 20 frontage roads crossing Towd Creek, FM 2035 crossing Bitter Creek and FM 1170 crossing Eagle Creek.
