Phillips Avenue and Elder Avenue will continue to be closed between Evergreen Blvd and Belleview Avenue until June 25th, 2025.  Public Works will be performing road repairs. Emergency vehicles, recycling trucks, trash trucks, school buses, and mail carriers will have access during milling operations. Detours and signs will be in place. Please seek alternate routes and expect delays. Please exercise caution in work zones.
