Wilmington Police have arrested three men on drug charges following an investigation.
Beginning in May, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division have been conducting an investigation into illegal drug sales in the 1000 block of North Lombard Street. On June 5, at approximately 11:08 a.m., police executed a search warrant in that block and took 20-year-old Kyan White, 23-year-old Shaquan Koger, and a 16-year-old male juvenile into custody without incident. Police recovered 9.5 grams of crack cocaine, and .60 grams of heroin.
Kyan White has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $25,000 cash-only bail.
Shaquan Koger has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $30,000 cash-only bail.
The 16-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver – Two Counts
He was arraigned in New Castle County Family Court and was committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $5,500 cash-only bail.
