* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Val Verde.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 821 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Comstock, Langtry, Lake View, Seminole Canyon State Park, Shumla, Box Canyon, Amistad Acres, Diablo East, Long Point, Black Brush Point, Pumpville, Pecos River Boat Ramp, Bakers Crossing, Pafford Crossing, Devils River State Nat Area Big Satan, Devils River State Nat Area Del Norte, Spur 406 Campground, Salem Point, Rough Canyon Recreation Area and Devils Shores. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
