* At 839 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 3 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Sonora and The Intersection Of Us-277 And Ranch Road 189. This includes the following streams and drainages... Dry Devils River, Devils River, Middle Valley Prong and San Saba River.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SUTTON, TX
