INCIDENT: Burglary
LOCATION: 20000 block of Pah-Ute Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): Rickey Rabb, 20-year-old male, Covina
SUMMARY: On Monday, June 9, 2025, deputies with the Apple Valley Station responded to a suspicious person call located in the 20000 block of Pah-Ute Road. The victim reported seeing the male suspect, later identified as Rickey Rabb, looking through windows of her residence. Through investigation, it was determined Rabb entered the complex’s laundry room to take women’s underwear, on over five occasions. Rabb was located in the area and detained without incident.
Rabb was transported to the High Desert Detention Center where he was booked for the burglaries and is being held on $60,000 bail.
