The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) would like to update the community on the weekend operations at Takoma Aquatic Center (300 Van Buren Street NW). The pool will now be OPEN for regular hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) on Saturday, June 14, 2025. The Juneteenth Swim Meet will only impact operations on Sunday, June 15. The facility will be CLOSED from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 15, to host the meet, and it will be open to the public from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
