* WHERE...East Fork Trinity River at McKinney.
* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to early Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COLLIN, TX
