SUSPECT(S): Male Juvenile, 16 years of age, Resident of Lucerne Valley
Male Juvenile, 17 years of age, Resident of Barstow
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 3:14 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a carjacking. Deputies learned the victim's car was stolen by two juvenile males who threatened to shoot the victim.
The victim’s family located the vehicle and provided the information to Sheriff's Dispatch.The responding deputy located the vehicle on Palmdale Road, heading east toward the 15 Freeway. The deputy attempted a traffic stop which resulted in a pursuit. The pursuit continued for approximately 10 minutes before the driver stopped and the suspects fled on foot. The suspects and vehicle were located near Palmdale Road and Seqouia Road. The suspects were arrested and booked at High Desert Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center.
