* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.
* WHEN...Until late Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to 16.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 16.6 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUNT, TX ... ROCKWALL, TX
