* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Austin, Colorado, Montgomery and Waller.
* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The next round of thunderstorms is expected to pass through the region late tonight and Thursday morning. Though the band of storms should be moving at an average rate, upper level conditions are favorable for some training and regenerating storms.
