Activity for June 11, 2025:
- Officer Bean and Officer Reynaga assisted MDOC with locating a wanted subject in the 1400 block of Pringle Avenue. A 51-year-old male and a 38-year-old female were both arrested on outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Reynaga responded to the Courthouse for a warrant pick-up. A 27-year-old female was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Bean attempted to make contact with a subject near West Wilkins Street and Greenwood Avenue, and the subject fled on foot. The 16-year-old male was apprehended and lodged at JCYC for resisting and obstructing; carrying a concealed weapon; and an outstanding juvenile warrant.
- Officer Reynaga was dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Fourth Street. The 34-year-old male suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.
- JPD members attended the 1st 2025 Summer Safety Series at Loomis Park.
- Officers responded to a traffic crash at North West Avenue and West Ganson Street. A 42-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence of narcotics.
- Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop near East Michigan Avenue and Page Avenue. The 32-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of narcotics; destruction of evidence; and receiving and concealing stolen property.
- Officers responded to the 200 block of West Morrell Street to arrest the domestic assault suspect from earlier in the day. The 34-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
