INCIDENT: Felon in Possession of a Firearm
LOCATION: 10372 Richardson Street, Loma Linda
SUSPECT(S): Brandon Scott Millsap, 43-year-old resident of Amarillo, Texas
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On June 11, 2025, at around 2:22 p.m., Loma Linda deputies were contacted by Amarillo, Texas law enforcement about a subject, Brandon Scott Millsap, who was possibly in the Loma Linda area. Millsap had two outstanding felony warrants out of Texas for a sexual abuse case. Texas investigators advised Millsap was possibly armed. Deputies located Millsap at a local hotel where he was taken into custody.
Deputies located a 9mm Kimber Troy handgun in Millsap’s suitcase. Millsap was arrested for his warrants and PC 29800(a)(3)-Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and booked at Central Detention Center.
