Public Notice – Burglary at City Pool Concession Stand 
The Sonora Police Department is currently investigating a burglary that occurred during the night of June 11th. Unknown individuals unlawfully entered the concession stand building at the city swimming pool and stole numerous items.
It is with great disappointment that we share this news with our community. Acts like these set back our efforts to maintain and improve facilities that are meant to bring joy and benefit to the residents of Sonora. We work hard to provide positive amenities for our community, and it’s disheartening when those efforts are undermined by such behavior.
The Sonora Police Department has an active investigation underway. If you have any information that could lead to the identification or arrest of the individuals responsible, we strongly encourage you to come forward. You may submit a tip anonymously by using our “request tips” option.
