We have a VACANCY for the position of MAYOR
Due to the recently accepted resignation of Mayor David Casaletto on June 11, 2025 by the Board of Aldermen; there is a seat that is now open to the public to apply to fill.
To be appointed MAYOR, and fulfill the remaining of the term which is to last until its conclusion which shall continue approximately until the beginning of April 2027 when a local election is held. A qualified candidate must:
Be a U.S. Citizen; have lived within Merriam Woods, MO for a minimum of one year; be current on your water bill; be current on all taxes; and not be a felon (past or present).
Deadline for signing up for consideration to be appointed to serve as Mayor of Merriam Woods, is Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 4:00PM.
