Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a drug charge.
On June 10, at approximately 10:44 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 700 block of North Washington Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 21-year-old Kaevon Tucker, who was taken into custody without incident. Tucker was found to be in possession of 173.64 grams of marijuana.
Tucker has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Sussex Community Correctional Center pending further proceedings.
