OPD Seeks Help in Solving the Homicide of Bert Brigham III
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is asking for the community’s assistance in solving the homicide of Bert Brigham III, which occurred on July 18, 2021, in the 1900 block of Foothill Boulevard. Brigham was 24 years old at the time of his death.
OPD’s Homicide Section is releasing images of individuals and vehicles believed to be connected to this case. There are at least four male suspects in their 20s seen next to the vehicles who are believed to be involved in the fatal shooting.
The vehicles identified in this case include a white Kia Optima, a blue Toyota Camry, and a dark Honda Accord.
