Altadena, CA – The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Altadena Station, is proud to announce its participation in the 2025 Altadena Pride Walkabout on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Deputies will walk alongside community members to show their support for Pride Month and the LGBTQ+ community.
The Pride Walkabout is a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and unity in Altadena. By joining the walk, our deputies reaffirm the Department’s commitment to building trust, fostering mutual respect, and ensuring that all individuals—regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation—feel safe and valued in our community.
“Our participation in the Pride Walkabout reflects our continued dedication to community engagement and support for human rights,” said Acting Captain Ethan Marquez, Altadena Sheriff’s Station. “We walk with pride, hand in hand with our neighbors, in celebration of love, equality, and acceptance.”
We invite all members of the Altadena community to join us on this meaningful day. The walk will begin at the Altadena Library, 600 E. Mariposa Street, Altadena, CA, and everyone is encouraged to come out and support the message of unity and inclusion.
