* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, northeast Hamilton, northwest Madison and central to southeast Tipton County.

* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 156 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding continuing in the warned area...on creeks and low lying areas in Arcadia, Elwood, Frankton, and Tipton. Between 1.5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
