* WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Extensive street flooding is possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of heavy rainfall will be possible today, with accumulations between 1 to 2 inches, and up to 3 inches of rain over localized areas.
