* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following counties, northeast Hamilton, northwest Madison and central to southeast Tipton County.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 558 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
