1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1650) 900 Block of East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victim, 27, was in the listed area when the suspect struck the victim with a metal pole. The victim sustained a minor injury and declined medical treatment. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Person Shot (1711) 200 Block of East Church Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 56, was in the listed area when the suspect began arguing with several other subjects. The suspect shot at those subjects, and a round struck the victim. The suspects were later located and arrested. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. ARRESTED: Juan Mena, 29, and Julio Mena, 41, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon on Officers (2112) 8500 Block of Kelley Drive, Bear Creek District
Officers were at a residence in the area investigating a crime where the suspect had left the scene. The suspect returned in a vehicle and rammed two police vehicles that were occupied by officers. The suspect resisted arrest, and force was required to take him into custody. Two officers were taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Hugo Carillo, 36, for domestic violence, child abuse, and attempted homicide of an officer.
4. Robbery (0001) 1800 Block of West Flora Street, Civic District
The male victim, 20, was at a residence in the area when the suspects assaulted him. The suspects took the victim’s property and fled. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Four Hispanic male adults.
