Sheriff’s Office seeks public’s help locating runaway teen Magali Ortiz-Ruiz, 15, of Hilton Head Island 
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Magali Ortiz-Ruiz of Hilton Head Island, who has been reported as a runaway.
Ortiz-Ruiz left her residence after 8 a.m., Saturday June 14, 2025, and has yet to return. She left with an individual known as “Larry” and is believed to be in the Hardeeville area. It is unknown what Ortiz-Ruiz was wearing.
Magali is described as 5’3” tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has long black hair and brown eyes.
