The male victim, 67, was walking in the area when the suspect approached him, brandished a firearm, and demanded property. The suspect took property from the victim and fled in a vehicle. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Robbery (2217) 1200 Block of East Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Park District
The male victim, 37, was in the area of the listed call location when the suspect approached him. The suspect pushed the victim to the ground, stole his property, and fled on foot. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
4. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (2247) 2700 Block of Pixie Drive, Civic District
The female victim, 34, was in the listed area when the known suspect threatened her and fired multiple shots into the air with his handgun. The suspect pointed the firearm at the victim and struck her in the face with it. The suspect was arrested, and the victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Mike Sou, 35, for assault with a deadly weapon and negligent discharge of a firearm charges.
