On April 27, 2025, officers with the City of Forest Park Police Department responded to a “person shot” call in the area of 1st Street.

Upon arrival, officers located two victims who had been shot and were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Through good old-fashioned police work, investigators with Forest Park identified Marvin Judge—a known member of the OutCast Motorcycle Gang—as the third suspect involved in the crime, alongside Nigel Blackwood and Donnell McKnight, who had already been taken into custody.

Investigators learned that the trio entered an event being held at the location and attacked a rival gang member associated with the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Gang.

The Forest Park Police Department obtained arrest warrants for Marvin Judge on the following charges:

    •    Felony Murder

    •    Violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act

(O.C.G.A. § 16-15-4 – Participating in criminal activity while associated with a criminal street gang)

Upon receipt of these warrants, SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN placed Marvin Judge on his Top Ten Most Wanted List and activated The Elite Fugitive Unit to locate and apprehend him.

With the assistance of Butts County Sheriff Gary Long and his deputies. Marvin Judge was located and taken into custody within the first several hours.

Marvin Judge, Donnell McKnight, and Nigel Blackwood are now being held in the Clayton County Jail, where they await their day in court.
