MONDAY, JUNE 9, 2025:
1:56 AM Officer Soto conducted a traffic stop near Cherry St & Central Ave for a vehicle without taillamps. The driver, a 45-year-old male, was cited for being unlicensed.
10:00 AM Officer Shaffer conducted a traffic stop near Cedar Blvd & Balentine Dr on a motorcycle without license plates. A 34-year-old male was cited for an unregistered vehicle and riding without a license.
7:08 PM Officer Dale investigated a robbery that occurred near Mowry Ave & Cedar Blvd. Reported loss included store merchandise.
TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 2025:
12:11 AM Officer Dale conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration near Central Ave & Cedar Blvd for a. A 36-year-old male was arrested for possession of a firearm, narcotics, mail theft, and possession of stolen property. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
10:13 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a report of mail theft near Cedar Blvd & N Magazine Dr.
10:36 AM Officer Williams conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration near Cherry St & Stevenson Blvd. A 31-year-old male was cited for driving with a suspended license.
11:30 AM CSO Lau investigated a mailbox burglary that occurred near Civic Terrace Ave & Newark Blvd.
7:44 PM Officer Lara investigated a license plate theft that occurred on Newpark Mall Rd.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 2025:
4:14 AM Officers investigated a vehicle theft reported near Joaquin Murieta Ave & Cherry Blvd and another near Potrero Dr & Parada St.
10:19 AM CSO Lau investigated a window smash vehicle burglary near Cedar Blvd & Mowry School Rd. Loss included articles of clothing. CSO Lau then investigated the theft of vehicle registration documents on Newpark Mall Road.
8:05 PM Officer Dale investigated a text message scam that resulted in unauthorized charges to the victim’s credit card.
8:05 PM Officer Orozco responded to a disturbance reported near Cedar & Stevenson Boulevards. A 38-year-old male with outstanding warrants was contacted and found to be in violation of his probation. He was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
THURSDAY, JUNE 12, 2025:
1:59 AM Officer Lara was dispatched to a window smash commercial burglary on Mowry School Road. Reported losses included a cash register, tobacco products, and lottery tickets.
6:31 AM Officer C. Torres responded to a theft that occurred on Newpark Mall Road. A 49-year-old female was arrested for possession of narcotics and theft. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
6:45 AM Officer Medina and Officer Lara investigated multiple vehicle burglaries, and an attempted vehicle theft near Seawind Way & Hickory St.
8:36 AM Officer Medina investigated a commercial burglary near Mirabeau Dr & Haley St. Construction supplies and tools were reported taken.
9:17 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a vehicle theft reported near Potrero Dr & Parada St.
10:50 AM CSO Lau investigated a window smash vehicle burglary that occurred near Joaquin Murieta Ave & Cedar Blvd. Reported loss included a gym bag containing electronics.
2:25 PM CSO Mora investigated a commercial burglary near Overlake Pl & Fircrest St.
11:01 PM Officer Losier was dispatched to a disturbance near Thornton Ave & Sycamore St. A 28-year-old male was arrested for battery, public intoxication and an outstanding warrant. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
FRIDAY, JUNE 13, 2025:
12:26 PM Officer Piquette was dispatched to a disturbance near Thornton Ave & Locust St. A 31-year-old male and 32-year-old female were arrested for domestic violence, battery on a peace officer, and violation of probation. They were both booked into Santa Rita Jail.
5:04 PM Officer Medina responded to a report of mail theft that occurred near Seawind Way & Hickory St.
5:58 PM CSO Mora transported a 39-year-old male with an outstanding warrant to Santa Rita Jail.
6:45 PM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated an ATM theft near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
8:57 PM Officers were dispatched to a robbery at knifepoint that occurred near Newark Blvd & Thornton Ave. Reported loss included cash retrieved from a nearby ATM.
10:23 PM Officer Stevenson arrested a 22-year-old male near Central Ave & Sycamore St for public intoxication and hit-and-run. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
11:44 PM Officer Soto investigated a window smash vehicle burglary on Newpark Mall Road. Reported loss included two backpacks containing electronics, personal documents, and passports.
SATURDAY, JUNE 14, 2025:
2:58 AM Officer Diaz-Perez responded to a disturbance near Newark Blvd & Dumbarton Court. A 43-year-old male was arrested for fleeing from arrest, battery, and violation of probation/court orders. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:29 AM Officer Lor investigated a license plate theft near Thornton Ave & Sycamore St.
9:22 AM Officer Jackman investigated a vehicle burglary near Enterprise Dr & Willow St. Reported loss included a pair of sunglasses.
3:04 PM CSO Mora investigated a vehicle theft near Central Ave & Newark Blvd.
8:26 PM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated a bicycle theft that occurred near Cedar Blvd & Balentine Dr.
SUNDAY, JUNE 15, 2025:
9:36 AM Officer Lor recovered a vehicle that was stolen from the area of Hickory St & Seawind Way.
3:10 PM Officer Medina investigated an attempted jewelry swap theft near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
10:09 PM Officer Soto responded to a vehicle collision near Balentine Drive & Cedar Blvd. A 31-year-old female was arrested for driving under the influence and an outstanding warrant. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
11:25 PM Officer Diaz-Perez was dispatched to a residential burglary that occurred near Edgewater Dr & Darvon St. A 41-year-old male was arrested for burglary, narcotics and resisting arrest. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
