6/03 – 2:21 p.m. – Police received reports of a subject soliciting without a village permit in the Alpine Trails Subdivision. The subject, Matthew M. Caponero age 22 of St. Peters, Missouri, who was soliciting for an out of state pest control company, was cited for Soliciting W/O a Permit.
