City of Somersworth Water Customers
on High Street from South Street to Bartlett Avenue
Water Division staff will be turning off the water in your area on Wednesday June 18, 2025 from 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. This is a water main shut-down for a fire hydrant replacement.
The shut-down will affect homes on High Street from South Street to Bartlett Avenue. During this time, you will experience little or no water pressure.
Once water is turned back on, you may experience air or some water discoloration. This discoloration is from naturally occurring minerals that have precipitated in the water lines. If needed, please run a cold water tap for a short time to clear your water.
