* WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Cherokee and Crawford and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, Barton and Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 215 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pittsburg, Girard, Frontenac, Arma, Liberal, Cherokee, Weir, Mulberry, Scammon, Mccune, Mindenmines, West Mineral, Sherman, Chicopee, Franklin, Roseland, Burgess, Lone Oak, Ringo, Beulah, Yale, Polk, Croweburg, Opolis, Carona, Hannon, Verdella and Prairie State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
