* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Livingston. In east central Illinois, Ford and Iroquois. In northeast Illinois, Kankakee.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 122 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have already fallen. The highest estimated rainfall totals have occurred near Chatsworth and Piper City. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Bradley, Manteno, Watseka, Fairbury, Momence, Gilman, Herscher, Clifton, Milford, Chatsworth, Limestone, Onarga, Grant Park, St. Anne, Forrest, Sheldon, Chebanse and Cissna Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
