The Willowbrook Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Vaca Gilberto, male/hispanic, 86 years of age. Last seen walking south on Clarendon Hills Road at Midway at about 9 am this morning. He was wearing a white T-Shirt with dark hat and pants (image attached).
